DorkCast Episode 11 - Put your Enterprise in Knight Speed
As the construction industry goes through its digital transformation, there is a burgeoning group of people known as construction technologists. The term was coined by The ConTech Trio founding members, James Benham, Rob McKinney, and Josh Bone. These pioneers blazed the early trails for the rest of us to follow. Where their path went cold ConTechs found their way into the depths of construction companies, software providers, tool companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and more. This has provided the industry with a mix of organizational success and failure. At first, Construction Technologists are embraced for their creativity and problem-solving, but in many situations, this is followed by pressure to conform to the companies current culture and processes.
