Back in early August, Travis wrote a post circling the fact that, while we labeled our Podcast “The Construction DorkCast,” we are not THE Construction Dorks. That post created a good deal of confusion because we included a form in it where we were looking for others to declare their Dork-ness. We intended to declare loudly that this is a movement greater than the sum of its parts, but uniquely shaped by the individuals that choose to declare, "I am a Dork." In this episode, we’re going to try to reboot and rejigger. For the veterans out there, we’re going to adjust fire, hopefully zeroing in so we can fire for effect.

In next week’s episode, we’re going to bring in Doug Smith of Dynamic Systems and Travis (Other Travis - AKA OT) Althouse of Revizto to talk about the new and the.. not so new. The concept we’re trying to press out to our listeners is that we are ALL Dorks. We are going to dig into what makes a Dork, what were Dorks doing before being a Dork was a thing, how can new Dorks get out there, and how do we promote the Dorks.

This is OUR collective movement and we need you to participate.
